performances from Rajasthan original gypsy related arts and will also
cultivate mutually enriching collaborations with virtuosos from many other
artistic traditions from anywhere as well.
Sayari Roots of Gypsy, provide cultural and social development through a
Art & performance training school/centre for traditional dances and other
performing arts, as well local arts and crafts.
Sayari Roots of Gypsy, improve the local economy by showcasing every night
a very sophisticated show bringing guests into a total experience of
Rajasthan heritage.
The objective is to create a self-sustaining, all-encompassing
infrastructure where the villagers and tribal folk can develop their
culture to delight the tourists and residents of modern India as well
diffusing the same creation abroad.
Art encourages the growth of a society and it is the society that will
direct the future of this art form. Sayari will illustrate and illuminate
its region's history and help the citizens to identify themselves, their
background and environment. Certainly, these influences will then get
translated into new ideas and will be passed on from generation to
generation.
